The Hotel is owned by a friendly couple, well-maintained, great location near the Austrian Highway, perfect for a restful stopover. Suitable for families and couples with plenty of activities to do. Helpful staff, good meals, spacious and clean rooms with lovely balconies.

Some aspects of the cleaning could be improved.

The hotel is near to the lake and the view was beautiful. Also, the breakfast was really good and had a nice variety of food. I appreciated that the staff provided us with tickets for discounted activities, and they were very helpful in giving us tips on things to do and restaurants to try.

The hotel's rooms were small and could use some upgrading. Also, if you are sensitive to noise, avoid the rooms facing the busy highway as it can be quite loud.

During our Christmas stay, we were impressed with the spacious and clean rooms with lovely balconies. The friendly staff could not do enough to accommodate our requests. The hotel's location was perfect as it was within walking distance to the towns shopping facilities and various tourist attractions. Another let-down was the lack of a lake view, as we had expected based on the pictures online. Overall though, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the swimming passes and discounted activity vouchers offered by the hotel.
